Applied Scholastics
Delphi
Academy of Los Angeles is licensed to use Applied Scholastics education services.
A non-profit organization formed by educators from colleges, universities and both
public and private schools in 1972, Applied Scholastics International offers training
courses for teachers, educators, parents and college students.
Using the educational methodologies developed by L. Ron Hubbard, known as
Study Technology (or Study Tech), Applied Scholastics
International offers educational materials and programs to schools, individual and
community tutoring programs, and teacher training programs. It also trains teachers
and educators in Study Technology at its 100-acre campus in St. Louis, Missouri.
Applied Scholastics programs enable schools and individuals to improve the literacy
and education of children and others in their communities.
Study Technology and Students
Students using Study Tech in their daily life become more capable and independent
as students and this, in turn, leads them to be more effective in their lives—having
a solid ability to understand and apply what has been studied is tremendously empowering.
This becomes a resource they will have throughout their lives and careers.
A series of books published by Applied Scholastics International is designed to
present Study Technology and other educational material developed by L. Ron Hubbard
in a form that is readily usable by both educators and students of all ages.
The Mission of Applied Scholastics
The mission of Applied Scholastics is to provide effective educational services
and materials that help people learn how to learn and thereby work effectively to
achieve their goals and realize their full potential.
